How often should an Adult practice each week to see improvement?

If you can play once a week you’ll see things improve. It’s always a good idea to have lessons so you have focus on what you’re working on. And, if each time you are at the club you warm up 15 minutes on the backboard, that goes a long way too. The backboard never misses. More is better of course, but keep tennis fun. Don’t turn it into work.
