Monday - Grilled cheese sandwiches with homemade soup & garden salad
Tuesday - Soft shell beef tacos with tortilla chips, rice & salad / Chicken and vegetable fajitas with rice & salad
Wednesday - Tomato fusili with garlic bread and caesar salad / Mac n' Cheese with veggies and dip
Thursday - Chicken and vegetable pitas with mediterranean salad / Shepherds pie with roast vegetables and rolls
Friday - Pizza Day! Pepperoni and Cheese party pizzas with salad.

Active Explorers (Age 5-7)

Unleash your child’s energy, curiosity, and creativity with our Active Explorers Camp! This camp focuses on the foundation of confident and joyful movement.

Through exciting games, group challenges, and engaging activities, campers will develop the core components of physical Literacy: Knowledge and Understanding, Motivation, Confidence, and Phsyical Competence.

Each day includes one tennis session, one swim session, and plenty of organized play.
**During Week 10, there will be no on-court tennis instruction due to the National Championships. Instead, campers will participate in tennis-focused activities designed to work the same muscles and movement patterns used in tennis.

Led by our FANTASTIC counsellors, Active Explorers creates a nurturing space where kids can grow their skills, build friendships, and spark a lifelong love for movement, play and hopefully the sport of tennis.


Ace & Adventure Camp (Age 8-13)

Serve up an unforgettable summer, where kids build friendships, learn new skills, and create lasting memories!

Each day is packed with fun and excitement including: Two (2) Structured Tennis Sessions, One swim session, Team Challenges and other Sports, Creative and Active adventures.
**During Week 10, there will be no on-court tennis instruction due to the National Championships. Instead, campers will participate in tennis-focused activities designed to work the same muscles and movement patterns used in tennis.
 
This camp is designed to help children develop further skills, confidence, and motive to engage in physical activity for life! Our counselors create a safe, fun, and supportive environment that encourages participation, fair play, and skill development. Through engaging activities and quality instruction, campers stay active, build self-esteem, and create memories to last a lifetime.

Beach Volleyball Clinic (Age 11-14) [Week 6 and 10 ONLY]

BUMP, SET, SPIKE or DIVE into the summer with our Beach Volleyball Clinic Camp! This exciting program is designed for young athletes looking to build or enhance their skills, thier physical fitness and coordination, and improve their game.

Led by Qualified Coaches, this clinic focuses on: Skill Development, Game Strategy, Strength and Agility.

This clinic is only available for two weeks this summer. Don’t miss your chance!!


Creative Minds Camp (Age 8 to 11)

For kids who are more inspired by creativity than competition, our Creative Minds Camp is the perfect place to explore new artistic passions and unleash imagination. This camp offers a fun and supportive space for children who love drawing, crafting, and other hands-on projects.

Campers will enjoy: Drawing and Painting (Acrylic/Oil/Watercolour, Pastels, etc.), Craft Making, one daily Swim Session and a variety of Fun Outdoor Games. 

Home Base is the OTC Trillium Cottage, which provides a quiet, focused space for campers to explore their creativity.


Leaders In Training (Ages 14-16)

This program provides young individuals with a unique hands-on opportunity to gain real-life experience and develop valuable skills for success. It is designed for those looking to build leadership qualities and prepare for the future.

Participants in our LIT (Leaders in Training) program will gain valuable leadership skills and hands-on experience while earning 40 volunteer hours—perfect for school or community service requirements!

LIT Participants will:

Summer Camps in Ottawa

Work alongside Summer Camp Staff: Assist with planning and executing engaging lesson plans while gaining practical experience in camp management.

Engage in Career Development: Take part in mock interviews, resume writing workshops, and skill building exercises to prepare for the professional world.

Complete Essential Training Courses: Receive valuable certifications in WHMIS, Worker Health and Safety Awareness, AODA, and other relevant courses.

Begin Coaching Certifications: Introduction and Start Level 1 courses with Coaching Association of Canada

Through role-playing scenarios and real-world work experiences, the LIT program equips participants with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in a leadership role. By taking on responsibilities, building professional skills, and learning key workplace concepts, LITs are prepared to face opportunities and challenges in future careers with confidence and competence.

 
 

 

NTS All Stars Tennis Camp (Age 9 to 13) 
The goal of the All-Stars Camp is to stoke enthusiasm, exposing kids to the joy of playing the game, as they master the rules and develop the sportsmanship, skills and focus it requires. Under the guidance of Noble Tennis School (NTS) Director Carlo Zambri, this camp features morning and afternoon tennis segments. There is a maximum of 4 players per court, to allow for realistic opporutunites of practice and play. This camp includes tennis-oriented fitness through off-court activities, as well as a daily swim in the OTC outdoor pool. 

Due to extended times of this Camp, Pre/Post care is not available.   

NTS ALL STARS CAMP TYPICAL DAILY SCHEDULE (8:30am to 4:30pm):

8:30am to 10:30am: On-Court Practice & Play10:30am to 11:00am: Snack Break
11:00am to 12:00pm: Off Court Fun & Games
12:00pm to 1:00pm: Lunch
1:00pm to 3:00pm: On-Court Practice & Play
3:00pm to 3:30pm: Snack Break
3:30pm to 4:30pm: Swim Time

ALL STARS CAMP ELIGIBILITY: Entry to the camp is not level-specific, but some prior experience and familiarity with the game are required. Campers may need to meet a minimum/compatible playing level, suitable for participating within each of the weekly camp groupings. Please note that new players unknown to NTS Teaching Professionals may be asked to provide information regarding player’s tennis experience (via video, email/phone discussion) or schedule a pre-camp assessment to determine level of play. The first day of each camp week may also be considered an assessment to determine compatibility within the group. The Director will try to communicate as early as possible if the player is eligible for the camp week(s) or recommends a transfer to the OTC Sports Camp and/or Private Lessons. If the transfer option is not available, a camp refund will be issued. Eligibility is fully at the discretion of the NTS Program Leader.
